Knitted dress
size: 36-38;
Materials needed:
650 g cotton;
Andrele no. 4;
Knitting explanation:
For details with the aran model (sleeves, waist, hem) knit the model presented in the scheme up to the required length.
The top of the dress:
Spate: from the middle of the detail for the waist, cast on 90 stitches and knit with jersey until the sleeve is cut out.
To uncut the sleeves, close from both sides in every 2nd row 2×5 stitches, 1 x 2 stitches, 3 x 1 stitch = 60 stitches.
Next, it will be knitted straight up to the shoulder line.
Next face, all eyes close.
The front part will be knitted in a similar way.
The bottom of the dress:
Spate: From the edge of the bottom half of the waist detail, cast on 100 stitches and knit with jersey stitch.
In every 8th row, is added on both sides after the first 3 stitches and before the last 3 stitches 20 x 1 stitch = 140 stitches.
Next, it will be knitted straight up to the desired length.
The front part will be knitted in a similar way.
Sleeve:
For the upper part of the sleeve, cast on 62 stitches from the edge of the sleeve detail and knit with stockinette stitch.
Knit 10 rows straight.
For cutting the sleeve, they will be closed from both sides in each 2nd row 1×5 stitches and 12 x 1 stitch = 28 stitches.
Next, it will be closed in each row, 1 stitch from both sides, until there are 12 stitches left on the working needle.
Next face, the remaining stitches are closed.
For the lower part of the sleeve, cast on 60 stitches from the edge of the sleeve detail and knit with stockinette stitch.
It is knitted straight up to the desired length.
finishing: The details are sewn.
To finish the cuffs and the neckline, knit two 60 cm long strips for the cuffs and a 110 cm long neck strip.
The strips are sewn.
