size: 36/40;
Necessary materials:
800 g for gross Rоwan “Big Wool” (100% merino wool, 80 m/100 g);
Andre circular no. 9 and no. 10;

Knit density: 9 stitches x 13 rows = 10 x 10 cm.
Torsade pattern: Number of stitches = 29. The front rows are shown in the diagram. In the back rows, the stitches will be knitted as shown. Repeat rows 1-16.
Poncho sweater knitting explanation:
The poncho sweater will be knitted from top to bottom as a single detail.
80 stitches are placed on needle no. 9. The stitches are closed in a circle and knit 12 cm = 21 rows of elastic 2 x 2 (2 purl stitches, 2 front stitches).
Next, 2 circular rows will be knitted with all purl stitches, in the last row, 68 stitches will be added uniformly = 148 stitches.
Next, it will be knitted with needle no. 10, fixing 1 marker after every 37 stitches. In the circular row that follows, the following ratio will be knitted 4 times: 1 front stitch for the raglan line, Purl 3 stitches, 29 stitches torsada model, Purl 3 stitches, 1 front stitch for the raglan line.
For the raglan line, in every 3rd row, 1 twisted purl stitch will be added (between 2 stitches) before and after 2 stitches versus 11 times.
The added stitches will be knitted as purl stitches in the following rows.
After 36 cm knitted = 48 rows knitted with the torsade pattern we will have 236 stitches on Andrea.
The 236 stitches are divided as follows: 59 stitches for the left sleeve, 59 stitches for the front, 59 stitches for the right sleeve, 59 stitches for the back.
Next, the edge of the sleeves will be finished.
The 59 stitches of the left sleeve are passed on needle no. 9. The first and last 2 stitches will be knitted as 2 stitches together front = 57 stitches. Knit 1 row with all front stitches.
In the next row, stitches are decreased according to row 49 of the scheme = 50 stitches. It will be knitted elastically 2 x 2, distributing the stitches of the elastic in accordance with the torsade pattern.
After 5 cm knit = 8 rows, all eyes close. The same will be done with the stitches of the right sleeve.
The remaining 118 stitches for the front and back will be knitted with needle no. 10 inc 6 rows according to the scheme.
After 54 rows knitted with the torsade pattern, knitting will continue with thread no. 9.
Knit 1 row with all front stitches. Decrease stitches according to row 49 of the scheme = 104 stitches.
Next, elastic 2 x 2 will be knitted, distributing the stitches of the elastic in accordance with the torsade pattern.
After 5 cm knit = 8 rows, all eyes close.
finishing: The collar is folded towards the front of the work and its edge is accurately sewn from the 2nd front row.
