Sweater full of originality
The knitting patterns of a sweater full of originality.
The combination of Aran models give this model an extra touch of sophistication.
Uncut sleeves and neck, the length and width of the sweater will be determined individually.
The ratio of the elastic is 40 stitches.
The number of stitches that will be mounted on Andrea for a sleeve is 84 stitches (80+2+2 border stitches).
The elastic will be knitted with needle no. 2, and until the detail is finished, it will be knitted with yarn no. 2.75.
The recommended thread for this pattern is Donegal Tweed (750m/100g).

Hello,
I am tempted to try to knit this pattern, even if it seems extremely complicated. I have some questions and please be kind enough to answer me:
– what does eye on the front or back mean between 2 stitches?
– in the schemes presented, the rows are only those on the front of the work?
– it would have helped if the lines had been numbered,as in the models so far…
– in front of the model, the bottom part is actually the elastic pattern?
Thank you for your help,if you will grant it to me.
With much consideration,
Mihaela
Hello!
1. It is about an addition of stitches. A stitch is added between 2 stitches. If the eyes are straight, the added eye will be the face, if I am upside down, it will be upside down.
2. Only the front rows are shown in the diagram. In the back rows, jeteul is knitted, the other stitches as shown.
3. List the diagram and number the rows, to make your work easier.
The rows were not numbered, because everyone determines their own size, the number of rows, of stitches etc.
4. The elastic is not shown on the front side. It is knitted in a similar way as for the back. It will be knitted separately, after which it will be sewn finely on the front side.
If you look carefully, on the front side, a number of stitches are mounted on the andrea every second row from both sides, to get the asymmetry.
The torsada elastic around the neck will continue towards the back, around the neckline. Sew it either in the middle, either next to a sleeve.
I hope I was useful to you. Good luck!
Good morning!
Thank you for all the information you gave me,I am ,really, very useful. I still have to find a thread thin enough to be used for this model. And…I try to do it,it's too beautiful…and too complicated…and o provoke…
In case I need more information, would you mind asking for your help again??
Thanks.
All the best! Mihaela
Hello!
I will gladly help you anytime and depending on the time. Do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.
A good day!
For Mrs. Mihaela, I return with a clarification regarding the elastic on the front:
If you want asymmetry, straight knit the elastic on the front side with 14 rows less than the back side (including the back rows). After that, gradually insert the stitches of the elastic into the knitting of the front part, see you next row 1 front side: purl the first 2 stitches, then 3 elastic stitches will be knitted according to the scheme, follow the elastic, 3 stitches scheme, 2 purl stitches.
The next row will be the girl: 2 purl stitches, 9 stitches diagram, elastic, 9 stitches diagram, 2 purl stitches.
Gradually include the stitches, it will be more complicated, but the work will come out finer.
Sport!
