Age: 2 – 4 – 6 – 8 years;
Necessary materials:
100-100-150 g fir Cotton Fifty (50% cotton, 50% acrylic, 140m/50g) Valerian color;
50 g of thread color Berlingot;
50 g of Tulip color thread;
Andre no. 2.5 and no. 3.
Knit density: 26 stitches x 37 rows = 10 x 10 cm;
Maieu knitting pattern with jacquard pattern:
Spate: 67 is mounted on the no. 2.5 threads with Valeriane thread – 75 – 83 – 91 stitches and knit 1 cm = 4 rows elastic 1×1.
After, knit with knitting needles number 3 in the following way: 2 rows lazy stitch, 8 rows jersey point and model in diagram A, 2 rows lazy stitch, after which it will knit with jersey point until the end of the work.
At a distance of 15 – 16 – 17 – 18 cm (58 – 62 – 66 – 70 rows) from the beginning of the work, for cutting the sleeve, will close from both sides in every 2nd row:
2 years: 1 x 5 stitches, 1 x 3 stitches, 1 x 2 stitches, 7 x 1 stitch.
4 years: 1 x 5 stitches, 1 x 3 stitches, 2 x 2 stitches, 8 x 1 stitch.
Six years: 1 x 5 stitches, 1 x 3 stitches, 2 x 2 stitches, 10 x 1 eye.
8 years: 1 x 5 stitches, 1 x 3 stitches, 3 x 2 stitches, 11 x 1 eye.
The 33 – 35 – 39- 41 remaining stitches will knit with knitting needles number 3 with 4 rows elastic 1×1, after which the eyes close.
Face: Knit like the back side. In row 13 stitches will knit in the following way: 25 – 29-33 – 37 stitches jersey point, 17 stitches model from scheme B, 25 – 29 – 33 – 37 stitches jersey point.
The neckline of the sleeve and the finishing of the detail will be done like the back.
Edge of the neckline sleeves and straps: On the knitting needles number 3 with Tulipe wire is mounted 72 – 84 – 96 – 108 stitches and knit 3 rows lazy point. Close 26 – 30 – 34 – 38 stitches from the center and leave on the helpful knitting needles by 23 – 27 – 31 – 35 stitches from both sides.
finishing: The seams of the garment are made. Straps are sewn: closed stitches from the center are sewn on the edge of the neckline sleeve, the stitches on the helpful knitting needles are closed and remain for the straps (see the picture).
