Rose Flower Cape
Necessary materials:
100 g for Yarn Art (100% merino, 280 m/100 g);
Set of andres no. 3.5.
For to knit This one cape acrylic can also be used. The wire must not be too thick, not too thin either, it is important to highlight the shape of the flower as well as possible, to maintain its fixed shape without the edges twisting.
10 flowers with a diameter of 8cm will be knitted for the bottom part and 8 for the top part. When finishing the cape, the flowers can be sewn together or knitted together. If they will knit together, 12 stitches will be taken from the edge of a flower (of the jeteu the jeteu) after which another 60 stitches will be mounted.
A flower it is knitted circular as follows:
It is mounted on 3 andres 72 meshes. The eyes close in a circle.
Row 1: mesh mounting.
Row 2: purl all stitches.
Row 3: 1 life, 10 stitches face, 2 stitches together face (1 eye girl, it goes over the next one on Andrea);
Row 4: 1 life, 9 stitches face, 3 stitches together front (2 stitches together face, the resulting stitch is passed over the 3rd);
Row 5: 1 life, 8 stitches face, 3 stitches together front (2 stitches together face, the resulting stitch is passed over the 3rd);
Row 6: 1 life, 8 stitches face, 2 stitches together face;
Row 7: 1 life, 7 stitches face, 3 stitches together front;
Row 8: 1 life, 6 stitches face, 3 stitches together front;
Row 9: 1 life, 6 stitches face, 2 stitches together face;
Row 10: 1 life, 5 stitches face, 3 stitches together front;
Row 11: 1 life, 4 front stitches, 3 stitches together front;
Row 12: 1 life, 4 front stitches, 2 stitches together face;
Row 13: 1 life, 3 stitches face, 3 stitches together front;
Row 14: 1 life, 2 front stitches, 3 stitches together front;
Row 15: 1 life, 2 front stitches, 2 stitches together face;
Row 16: 2 front stitches, 2 stitches together face;
Row 17: 1 eye girl, 2 stitches together face;
Row 18: 2 stitches together front = 6 stitches.
Row 19: all stitches close in one stitch.
finishing: In the middle of each flower, sew a sequin or 3 small beads.
From the upper edges of the last row of flowers, stitches are mounted on the needle to knit the collar.
The collar will be knitted with "rice" point 10 rows. In every 2nd row after the edge stitch, 2 stitches will be decreased from both ends. The collar and the edges of the cape will be finished with a row of legs without jeteu, or with 2 jets, or why not with the 'steps of cancer' model.
A watercress will be sewn on one edge at the base of the neck, and on the other edge a cheotora will be crocheted.
The button will be masked with a small crocheted flower (see the picture).
please explain to me if I understood correctly :after the stitches are joined, work with the stitches on the front, and when the 3 eyes fall, it is taken through the face of the andrela( 2 eyes girl)or behind her. I tried to make it the model and it doesn't work(what the jets can be seen in relief in the drawing)I hope I explained correctly what I want. Thank you
beautiful,I'll try it tomorrow too
Please, if you can explain how you decrease the stitches, I've tried all the options and the pattern doesn't stand out for me, as you can see in the picture ,if you can explain in more detail, maybe I can understand ,I really want to do it for. my little girl .
Thank you so much .
Good evening, Mrs. Cojocaru!
I also tried to knit a flower last night. Sincere, I encountered no problems. I would have a single remark regarding the decrease in stitches. When knitting 3 or 2 stitches together face, the decrease will be made from left to right. Better said, if we want to knit 3 stitches together front, on the left needle we have stitches 1, 2, 3- then the thread will pass through the front of the stitches 3,2,1 and it will be knitted as 1 front stitch. I made the descent classic, and I didn't encounter any problems. Otherwise the description is ok. Make sure that the wire is a little stiffer, not too thick either, not too thin either, if you want to knit a rose that stands out. Follow the instructions exactly.
Good luck and patience!
Hello
please explain to me how to pass the stitch over the next stitch in front over the worked one or behind the work over three unworked. I hope I expressed myself well
thank you very much.
To this, Elena!
In the comment for Mrs. Cojocaru, I mostly explained how the deduction is made. The thread is after the work. If you do the subtraction passing eye through eye then: Stitch 2 pass through stitch 1. Pass the resulting stitch through stitch 3, then you knit it on the front. I tried classic and it's ok. You see that I explained something in the comment for Mrs. Cojocaru. Bafta!
Hello!
It is possible to publish the scheme with how the flowers are sewn to each other? I tried to sew them and I can't. In the second row, only 9 flowers enter, not 10 as you explain.
Thank you/
I really liked the rose flower note 10
I like it a lot, thank you
With pleasure!
Good evening,
You can send me the diagram or a picture with the cape undone, Please, because I can't find the way to join the flowers.
Thank you in advance!
The shape of the cape is like a triangle without the top tip,
At the base you have 10 roses. In row 2 you have 9 flowers.
Place the roses from the second row between 2 roses from the first row.
Let each flower be a mow, either you knit it from the start glued to the previous one.
I can't do it
HOW CAN I CONTACT YOU
For example in row 3. 1 eye is the low eye ,,,or another simple one ,sib over which the next one is passed from the right or left and worked again ,,,I have 6 stitches left at the end of the row
in the parenthesis it is explained how to knit the 2 stitches together on the front.
Knit 1 front stitch and pass it over the next stitch on the left needle. The result = 1 eye decreased.
It's like knitting 2 stitches together facing left.
1 jetou. plus 10 stitches. plus 1 stitch from the 2 decreased equals 12. every stitch must have a petal in row 3.
12 stitches in row 3, 11 in row 4, 10 in row 5, 10 in row 6 etc.
In some adjacent rows, the number of stitches will be equal so that the rose is fuller.
I succeeded after many attempts,,,but it still seems to me that this model is not well explained,,,it depends on everyone's working hand. I calculated it mathematically, so I managed to do it. thank you for all the explanations.
The description serves only as a guide. Everyone can adapt their model according to their dimensions, the thickness of the thread with which he knits, work technique etc.
It's like buying a coat from a store. you wear size 38 and size 36 fits you perfectly.
It is the same with the description of the models. The description may be for size 36, but depending on several factors, the finished detail is perfect for size 38.
It is important from the beginning to adapt your model according to your needs, of description guide you.
At the moment I have a baby and I don't really do knitting, but 18 years ago I was a knitting lover ,,I have various models like monsters. We even decipher any model ,I wish I had time for something like this
