How I was bored with the classic sponge cake, I wanted something new, more special and easy to prepare.
I'm not a countertop specialist, but this worked for me the first time.
I liked it and now I prepare it whenever I have the opportunity.
The top is almost perfect
ingredients:
1 spoon of honey;
2 tablespoons of maple syrup;
1 baking powder;
100 g unt;
2 oua;
50-70 g poison ( it is desirable to be brown);
– 150 g.

Preparation of the top:
If the honey is sugary, melt it in a bain-marie.
honey, syrup, beat the sugar and eggs until the sugar melts. Add the melted butter and mix the composition for another 10-15 minutes. After that, add the sifted flour in the rain and baking powder. The composition is mixed for another 10-15 minutes. We get a composition of cream consistency, Fluid.
The top is almost perfect
The composition is poured into a round tray with a diameter of 26 cm, and bake at a temperature of 190°C for 15-20 min.
Maple syrup can be replaced with honey or any other syrup from jams. I used the syrup left over from the walnut jam.
